- My 92 svx touring it was in need of a ton of work. I had to tow it home. It was worth all the work. There were only 15k of these made. These were first import performance luxory cars with suede and leather interior. Digital climate control and digital outside temp. Top speed of 156mph with a flat 6 with dual throttle bodies and sounds awesome. About the extensive maintenance. I pulled the intake manifold and went over everything. Cleaned it thoroughly and seafoamed. Replaced:-All vacuum lines and hoses-pcv-knock sensors-mass air flow sensor-air filter-battery-battery leads-alternator-new belts-intake manifold gaskets-mobil 1 filter and synthetic oil-oil dipstick o-ring-new bulbs all aroundNow everything is running properly it is for sale $2600 Only 118k and tranny is good, diffs are good, headgaskets are good aswell.
